Add new drive in empty slot and log into host with SSH.

Find information about slot and logical drive and write following command:

Controller should enter the transformation phase. With first command we can check the status, on logical drive we should read

Status: Transforming, 0% complete
Caching:  Enabled
Parity Initialization Status: In Progress

Once the transformation is complete, parity initialization starts. Transformation took about 30 hours in my case, since I haven’t shut down any virtual machines. Status on logical drive in parity initialization step is displayed with status command.

Once this is complete, we can resize logical drive.
